Anger is defined as an intent to preserve: 

1. Personal worth  2. essential needs  3. Basic convictions

we must choose to accept Our God given worth when others choose not to.

Any time a need is unmet it creates an atmosphere that is ripe for anger.

Anger expresses a wish for self-preservation and a desire for the other person to

satisfy a need. remember (Phil 4:19) and my God shall supply all our need according

to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus.

In communication, perceptions are more powerful than Intentions. you may intend to explain a matter but people may perceive your intentions in a totally different way causing them to be offended.

Anger must be dealt with through not only God's word but active counseling that will allow you to speak openly about the Issues your experiencing internally causing you to get angry.

 

You must be assertive and operate in self-discipline. start writing out your feelings and

reading them out loud to your self, after reading them open your concordance and

find Gods response to what you are feeling. It's easy to say forgive but forgiveness is a

process it forces you to confront the problem.
